9-28-18 end of month Sept letter
Dear Contrast, 
It is my pleasure to meet with you again. 
For some time I took it personally in a less than kind
way that you were visiting me. I know better now,
you were just attempting to toughen me up, expand 
and grow me...if you will.. in even more promising
loving dimensions. And even if kindness somehow
wasn't your original intention,isn't it beautiful
that was the true gift you brought?

We were never meant to be enemies. My universe 
is totally harmonious, and it is my belief that all
Good comes from the Creator... so intentions are in the heart
that contains the most benevolent outcome.
So how can I help but see you as All Good?


I simply wanted to thank you, and apologize to you for
how your presence felt like you were here to simply hurt me.
Today your presence like life in general...tends to fascinate 
rather than frustrate. Looking forward to how we continue
to team in these authentic powerful moments we are destined
to share in the future.

I know we will always be connected. The difference is
 I love you more than I ever have.

So thank you again

Affirmations In Process
There is no part of me,and no place I can be, that is not sacred

The sacred is ever present. I need not conjure it,
 and cannot create it. It is in our midst as an unsolicited gift.
 I need only do my best to honor it as I grow more attuned
 to its language

The soft gentle energy of self love now swirls
 around me wherever I go, and there is absolutely
no where I can be, where my Divine Vehicle is not
 surrounded and nourished by this frequency.
Whenever I would like to access it, it is there to soothe & care.

I Am allowing myself to Be whatever I enjoy feeling.
 I do this simply and powerfully by doing more
 of what works in my life...

Ease is my way of travel.
My energetic field fills up with feelings I like,
 and emotional states I enjoy. I embody the fullness
 of my life and acknowledge the blessings here for me.
I understand that love underlies all challenges and all interactions.

My energy aligns more fully with love,
 and with living vibrantly,
 as I progress on the path of manifesting
 my light completely, and making visible the light
 that I Am and the spirit that I am, unconditionally loving,

Dear Contrast,
I am so glad I wrote to you the other day. It was amazing 
what happened after. Every time...(it seems) ... you cropped up...or you
would've surfaced when I was doing -being my 'usual self' ...even
at work...I received
a greater level of joy,
 acceptance
 and freedom
 than I had received in a long time.
Just thought I'd tell you.
And thank you so very much for adding so beautifully
 to the life I truly am loving.
