Bmindful Awards

There seems to be awards for so many things these days..but we seem to be missing one.. THE BMINDFUL AWARDS

I have been around here for some time, and our members definitely should be acknowledged ..There is growth, great attitude,success and continuous gifts many keep giving.

This thread is to acknowledge specific members. So if you come to this site and someone has just inspired the heck out of you, or just done or been something tremendous, please in your award giving mode-> honor them with THE BMINDFUL WONDERFUL AWARD.

Now of course, everyone who has joined has been acknowledged and on the list, but each of you please take time to do your personal (kind) roast for them, on the days you feel especially moved by their progress, kindness, humor and or wisdom.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention, you can mention or agree with the award given as often as you like..(If someone awards someone, feel free to award them too, if you feel inspired)

Oh yes, and we hope to hear back from those who receive their award with their WONDERFUL acceptance speech. Because if you’ve got it, we want you to flaunt it..in your humble way of course..(: Just a simple thank you will do, if you want.

So the 1st Bmindful Award goes to…........

OMG, where did this treasure come from? Have you ever seen anyone grow right before your eyes so beautifully? No matter what is going on in her world, she grabs all the input she can and creates a recipe to be the healthiest and most joyful person on the planet(:

I pictured it to be like the academy awards..and thought it would be a good experience to come back and acknowledge the acknowledgement. You know accepting ourselves..accepting a compliment..

when i read Lauries idea for awards i started thinking of all the lovely freinds i have on here and how much they deserve one ,then i saw flowergirl and at first thought there were 2 flowergirls ,but realised its me .You are so kind and i know with the caring encouragement of you lovely folks on here i will always have hands to hold on this journey called life .Since i joined i have had one foot in both the past and the future but with your help im starting to live in the present and to believe in myself .I have learnt to “bloom where you are planted “ instead of waiting until things change.I have such a big smile on my face now ,this award has touched mt heart -thank you so much for the award ,your lovely words and for having faith in me ,pam

Actually I love this site because of every single person here, awards to all: Lee, Laurie, Anoushka, GodsCreation, Themadcoockieman, Meditating Mama, Jancydat, Flowergirl, Best78, Aisha, Vivi, Raylene, ThisIsBruce, SONIA, BKW(who has been very quiet), db, whit, rockswealth, cuqui ….

I have to agree EVERY BMINDFUL member deserves a Wonderful Bmindful Award.

It is hard to single members out for this award, because if you love the site, it’s because the community members who make up bmindful are full of special special qualities. Trying to even find words for their gifts often leaves me ..yes me..lol speechless. That is why, I initially wanted it to be a thread that we choose a person (who is already on our long list of inductees), to be awarded on the day…they inspired another.

As a little time has gone by, I’m like you, I have trouble doing that.
Because you all are so wonderful!

Because if you read threads, there are many people who make the threads the helpful info, and inspiration that they are. There are smiles, and honest moments of stumbling blocks… and wisdom that we are just so fortunate to be around..which springs up everywhere. There are backgrounds of entrepreneurship, and big company workers, actors, singers, musicians students, healthcare workers, parents, relationship experts, body builders, web site designers, computer experts, rock climbers, marathon runners, writers, teachers, advisors, accountants, and in process greats everywhere with every background and experienced every condition …it’s amazing!

I pictured originally, 1 person a day getting occasional recognition..because they stand out..

I pictured them coming back with a thank you..with an acceptance speech (from academy awards)..Though, this is beyond film-recognition. Please don’t get me wrong, there is much power in film..
Though this aspect of powerful connections is mindful in the moment real life. You people help everyone everyday..each time someone on the net, feel anything..there is someone here that has lived it to some degree, and shares their strength and encouragement.

I feel so fortunate to be among all of you. And I thank you for the very kind things you’ve said about me. It was very very special to me. Often you hear something from someone somewhere, that qualifies a thank you for simple kindness. Though, when it comes from a group like this, it is something to be proud of. You are all so special.

I do hope these awards continue on, when you feel inspired by someone in particular..->It is good to tell people they’ve made a difference in your lives. It’s also good to take in honest admiration w/thank yous. Being able to take a compliment is an important attribute. It’s easy to shrug off people saying they were affected in good ways..and go back to your day as though..hmm let’s see what have I done today, that was helpful to another? Well people are telling you right now..So if that is a biggie on your list to give..Feel good..because obviously you’re being the person you set out to be(: (smiles)
