Just finished munching on 5 almonds- I eat them everyday as my mid morning snack. I feel it is good for health as almonds have lots of vitamin E and other essential nutrients.

We all live under the same sky, but we don’t all have the same horizon.

im having a mug of hot chocolate and a piece of caramel and its a lovely treat ,love flowergirl

pistachio nuts& orange juice before bed, yummy.

Currently nursing a cold….so eating what I can manage whilst ploughing away at my desk at work.
Grapes,
Raisins,
Nuts (unsalted and raw)
wholegrain melba toast …

and lemsip with honey!

A full and thankful heart..

organic strawberries, 3/4 banana, 1 serving of fiber-prot-whey shake, and about 6 oz of organic soy milk in blender(:

lol asian pear, a cross between apple & pear. I’ve turned vegan this month and I love it!! I used to hate many vegetables but i’ve come by. I still eat non farmed seafood low in mecury though. No dairy or eggs :)

Frozen berries! Including my favorite: blackberries (cause they are so goood) mmm.. To top it all off, I added a dollup of dairy-free Lite Nutriwhip Yumm..

I confess with the holidays just around the corner, I am splurging on cookies of all kinds, chocolate chip, gingerbread, oatmeal, Russian tea cakes and the list goes on with cocoa of course. I will go back to being “good” in the new year :)

Trust me Nancee… I may be eating organic strawberries when I snack…

but these holiday parties (and goodies that are so available ) have been a bit more caloric(: Though …as they say…it’s all been good(: Though watchin’ it a bit…so I don’t spend January trying to work it all off(:
