Sept 1st 

I love the seasons. I see images... in my mind of  4 seasons when I lived up North in US, and seasons on the West Coast. It has been awhile... I'm very fond of beautiful colors.

Though where I live now, has a beauty all its own, thank you for allowing me to join this beautiful walk. It's over 90 degrees today.

Its a always a good day for beach in eve, or air conditioning indoors looking out at what you love(:

Though if you rev up for it, pace yourself, dress for it... its an awesome layed back place... when you know where you like to be.

Last eve, went to pier (late at night) breeze blowing... and the most friendly strangers...stopping what they were doing just to say hello.

September is generally Florida's peak time for hurricane season. ... Lows drop similarly, from an average of 72 degrees in September to 57 degrees by November, with October about at the midpoint at 65 degrees.

I Love Autumn!!! The crispness of the air, the majestic colors of the season, hot cider, sweaters,  candy apples, hearty soup and the beautiful Harvest Moon. Autumn is jus awesome!!!

September 2nd today .

my son is 30 on 26th September and I remember as we go into September the excitement and longing to meet my first born child .I had lost a baby very early on in the pregnancy so there was the feeling that we had made it to a stage where he would be ok if he was born now

Watching the leaves starting to put on their autumn coloured coats I am reminded of that longing to push the pram on long walks

This month also reminds me of back to school /college /uni days .New uniforms ,stationary ,and a feeling of a bit of sadness as a Mum that my little people would not be at home all day -I loved the long summer holidays,but also that looking forwards to cosy evenings with candles and story reading curled up all cosy

While there is not a weather change where I am... September for much of my life meant going back to school as a young person and as an older adult. September today is a wide open space of all of that led me to precious today.

September is one of my favorite months of the year too. My beloved Mother's  (Nancee) birthday is September 26th, my oldest son Justin is September 27 and I am two weeks later. It has always been such a glorious time of the year celebrating the season as Nature paints the world in beautiful vivid shades of red, gold, orange and brown.

While the weather here is highs in the 80's and lows in the high 70's

I love cooler temps here... which will be upon us soon...

Some don't or have difficulty acclimating(:

Now I see so many people starting the countdown to Christmas ,the holidays and other celebrations so also is the stress,the panic and the overwhelming pressure some people put themselves under clearly visible 

It makes me want to gather them up and say come to Bmindful and be kinder to yourselves.

I too am beginning a countdown ( that will be another thread) but in a very gentle ,simple and caring way 

Take good care of yourselves and try not to let the media get you all worked up
