Congrats re: Yoga :) I don’t do yoga anymore, but I did it for YEARS since I was 13 years old. Now I do Qi Goong/Kung Fu.

I am excited to let you know that I am going to start teaching yoga! I have been a student of a wonderful for four years and she asked me to sub for her a couple of times. When I asked if I was qualified she said “Sure you are!”. She has been very inspirational to me and I credit her classes and friendship with helping me get through law school. If you haven’t tried it, please do. Yoga is great physical exercise but it is also so much more. The focus on the mind and spirit too are what make it amazing. :-)

I am in Kansas which is just east of Colorado! Although there is a lot of western Kansas and eastern Colorado between me and the mountains. :-) It is a small world. :-)

I live in Blackheath, which is only two towns west of Katoomba :) (I have lived in Katoomba before)

In 2009 I am moving to Colorado - I love mountains and Colorado seems like a mountainous and beautiful place.

Hi! I read your comment on Stevens profile. I’m still in my 30’s but have been slowly working on my self starting back in 1991, just recently using the possitive self talk. I’ve know about it for along time but was not very informed and left it at that. I’m right where I should be. Everything I do is pointing in the same direction. Just sometimes I don’t think it happens fast enough.
