When having a conversation with a friend or relative, I dedicate at least half of my time to talking about the other person. I concentrate on really understanding where that person is coming from with their concerns. I ask questions.

I have a great deal of insight into people's characters. I quickly and thoroughly understand where a person is coming from by assessing their motives and feelings.
