I am growing more and more muscle than the bodybuilding session previoulsly before

I am the greatest bodybuilder in the world, now, always, increasingly, eternally, easily, effortlessly, naturally, supernaturally, infinitely beyond compare, supremely! By Christ, The Spirit & Yahweh I decree this! So Mote It Be! Abracadabra! Amen!

My quadriceps, hamstrings and gluteals are amazingly muscular, strong, athletic, powerful and flexible: with increasing magnitude, easily, effortlessly, desireabley so, magically, naturally, perfectly! ABRACADABRA!!!

My pectoral, deltoid and trapezius muscles: are all amazingly muscular, perfectly proportionate, strong, powerful, healthy, flexible and growing in size and density! All this: easily, effortlessly, naturally, aesthetically, magically, now & always!!!

I train however many reps and sets I wish to train on whatever exercises!

The only reason I go to the gym and play basketball is because its heaps of fun, increasingly....thats it! I manifest my bodbulding affirmations and basketball affirmations anyway...only words manifest......I love bodybuilding and I love basketball! Amen!
