I like to imagine that broccoli is my personal magic food, capable of slimming down my thighs and legs to beautiful ballet proportions. And I like to eat broccoli nearly every day!

My heart feels good, and people are reflecting my spirit of calm confidence, right back to me. People feel good about my work, because I feel good about my work. People feel I'm doing well, because I am doing everything a good employee does.

An easy and confident runner can always find ways to work running into their week, and is always flexible. I do what I CAN do, and am not afraid to go for a short run or a slow run, when that's what will be fun for me.
