I have positive happy routines around turning off the lights and lying down for the night. I like crawling into bed early. -- it feels decadent and luxurious to me. I like going to bed, wearing fun pajamas and loving my life.

It's easy for me to imagine telling my life coach or my co-worker, that I decided on a small, lean body shape for myself, simply because that's my favorite aesthetic for looking pretty in clothes.

I make it plainly known that eating raw foods, like cucumbers and tomatoes, in ample quantity, is the way I feel full and look healthy. I share my methods openly, and wish beauty on everyone who would like it for themselves.

It is nice sometimes to look at my body and say, "I made some excellent choices, and I'm happy with my body and my health."

It is fun to think, "The body I'm manifesting, is a very pretty canvas for self-expression." Who knows what styles I will want to wear, or what forms of dance I wish to do in the mirror, but there are no limits or boundaries for me really!
