I'm very much enjoying the foods I eat, and I find that I keep a very tidy kitchen by eating within a five hour window of time.

Even when going through times of change, I eat raw carrots and I eat bell peppers, and I eat a wonderful abundance of whole natural foods.

It makes me happy to think that there are no standards I have to meet, and no speed or distance minimums I need to meet, in order to be good enough. As long as I am running, my lungs are happy, and so am I.

I am committed to identifying negative beliefs, and then giving them zero opportunity to trip me up. I realize that dark forces will take advantage of any opening, and I am smart enough to close the gaps and wormholes.

I fill my plate with love, and I honor my body's needs in what and how I eat. I give my body healthy and nutrient-rich foods, and abstain from eating extra portions or extra meals that would only burden my digestion and weigh me down with extra mass.
