In this moment, I activate my strength to reach out to others, gently and lightly.

I am sure of my presence. I show up with confidence and fearless willingness.

I feel little doubt or fear about doing spiritual work in the world. I am always up to the task. I was made for the task. I have all that I need to do all the things I most want to do in my time here on earth.

I feel quite a kindness in my spirit, and that kindness has no particular agenda, and no particular battles to fight.

Right here, in this body, I am at peace. I like being here, and even if I feel nervous, I tell myself, "There is no danger" and I repeat this until the feeling passes. I clear my mind, and enjoy this very pleasant feeling.
