I subconsciously remove any ideas that being lean, long and delicate is something weird, difficult or unnatural. I am easily living in the shape I find most pleasing. Being lean, pretty and light feels nice to me, and I'm comfortable feeling that way.

It is easy and natural for me to eat well, dress well and live well. I feel pretty and lean today, because I eat good foods and always have vegetables in my bowl. I eat plainly, and that's why I look lean and pretty.

I always notice how easy it is to run your first half marathon. I just signed up for one, and then built up my mileage until I was a good match for the race. It worked and felt good to me!

It is just fun for me to see that each day is a new day, and that I've done well with the challenging first month of starting a new job. That work is done now, and I don't have to do it again for many months or years.

I genuinely enjoy being a person who can divide my evening up in the blocks of time, and break all old patterns of filling time with food and eating.
