Liking how it feels to know that i can have multiple streams of manifestation going at any one time. There is no need to make only a few areas for bringing forth nice outcomes -- I could easily have ten or twelve streams of manifestation going on.

I like to think that anyone in my life who gives generously of their time, is providing a form of goodness, a piece of themselves, giving to me of their self-expression.

I thank my body often, for happily and easily adapting to any stretch and any posture. I can relax and breathe into nearly any position or posture!

Every day, I am releasing little tensions, in my hips, or in my ankles, or on the sides of my spinal column. There is great fluidity, deep within me, and my body is matching that more and more now.

It is fun for me to remember, to just hold open the doors, for the qualities I wish to experience, and to FEEL these qualities flood through me. I have this power, and am enjoying taking advantage of it!
