I see the incredible blessings being offered to me, in situations where I am called to manifest strength or courage.

Any time I am cued to do self-kindness, self-acceptance, or self-encouragement, is also a blessing I receive gratefully and appreciatively.

My favorite thing, is that I am a road runner, and I am just putting miles on my legs. I can get creative when I want to, about pretty things to wear while running, and ways to mix it up, when I want a bit of change. I am good at training myself!

I enjoy thinking kindly and supportively of myself and my closest connections.

I know that my soul enjoys challenges, so I remember to appreciate the ways in which the universe nourishes me with little challenges. The universe is loving me, not vexing me.
