There are people in my life who are reliable, lifelong connections, and this is a source of great peace and happiness.

Sometimes my intentions shift and change from day to day, and that's just fine! It is good to be flexible and to go where my spirit leads me.

Sometimes people have fears that block them from being able to accept connection to others. When I see these fears in myself, I thank them for how they once served me, and I allow them to return to Source.

I am learning to see things in new ways, where self love is not a chore, but a very joyful remembering. The best thing I have ever done in this lifetime, is invoke the field of self-love to course through my body every single day at 2:34, AM and PM.

I believe I am being asked to step into this realm of affection, connection and kindness, and in doing so, my energetic field becomes beautifully vibrant and joyful. The humans who share my experience are the exact right ones, even if I may never know why
