In response to RobinSkeen’s comment: Just to clarify, my previous comment was something that Musa had appended to the end of the affirmation. I just moved it from the affirmation text to the comment.
I think this affirmation relates to Buddhist thought and the four noble truths, ie:
That’s not verbatim, just a guess about what this affirmation is about. At least it’s the way I interpret it, based on this affirmation as well as the other one Musa added.

Thanks for all the new affirmations Musa! I am Just adding this as a comment, rather than than in the affirmation:
Now don’t put yourself into painful situations intentionally, this aff. isn’t for that. It is for accepting suffering because if you resist it will stay with you anyway. You just have to reframe your mind to not make it a problem.
