I would use this affirmation with great care. One’s perception of reality may be a wonderful and perfectly valid part of reality, but thats all it is, perception. In reality, what is is, and what ain’t, ain’t. (Osho). I do, however, accept that an equally valid case can be put for to support the case that “What I perceive to be reality IS”.
